My client grew up in this house and ultimately became its custodian. Occupying a desirable waterfront location there was an urgent need to update the dilapidated boat shed and jetty. This was a trigger to realise some solutions for the property as a whole and refurbish some key areas within the house. Specifically the Kitchen/laundry and dining area were tackled with adjacent areas opened up to create better access to views and outdoor areas.
