Before and After - Residence

This Victorian terrace in Surry Hills Sydney was in serious need of an update having been used as everything from a brothel to university student accommodation.

The integrity of the architecture and the internal details and features were, significantly intact and have been retained while introducing new facilities for modern living. Both bathrooms have been upgraded (The ground floor now includes a laundry) and a new bathroom has been introduced onto what is now the master suite on the top floor. The photos show shots of various parts of the existing house and how they were transformed by this renovation. The client was thrilled with the result and able to achieve more than his expectations for future rental return.
